Beauty salons
Your salon answering prices and bookings while you work
You can't put down the scissors for every "how much is balayage?". InboxHand answers from your price list and asks you anything that depends on seeing the client.
$39/month, no contract. Optional $49 setup on a 30-minute call.
Asked you: "long black-dyed hair, balayage?"
You: yes, 2 sessions, $180
What it answers on its own
Using the answers you give it on day one:
- Price list for cuts, color, nails and treatments
- Hours and the days with most availability
- Address and parking
- Cancellation and deposit policy
What it asks you
Anything that isn't in your answers. It texts your WhatsApp, you reply with a word or a sentence, and it answers the customer in your tone and saves it for next time.
Questions
Can it look at a photo of the client's hair?
Yes, it reads photos and describes them in the question so you can price it.
Does it book directly?
It asks for a day and time and you confirm. If you save your booking link, it shares it. It doesn't connect to your calendar.
Does it sound like me?
It writes in the tone you describe in Settings: formal, casual, emojis or not.
Does it work for barbershops?
Yes, the same way: prices, hours, and it asks you what it doesn't know.
