How to delete your data

If you have an InboxHand account

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. At the bottom, choose Delete account and confirm with your password.
3. We immediately erase your business profile, saved answers, conversations, contacts and questions, and stop using any WhatsApp number connected to it. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Can't sign in? Email hello@inboxhand.com from your account address with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it and confirm within 30 days.

If you connected your own WhatsApp Business app number

Deleting your InboxHand account also discards our WhatsApp access token. You can disconnect us at any time from the WhatsApp Business app. Your app, chats and contacts on your phone are not affected either way.

If you messaged a business that uses InboxHand

Ask the business to delete your conversation. Or email hello@inboxhand.com with your WhatsApp number and the business name. We confirm with the business and delete your messages within 30 days.

If you used Facebook to connect

Removing InboxHand from Facebook or WhatsApp settings revokes our access. To also erase what we already stored, follow the steps above.
